My Fiancé received a job offer in Jacksonville and within six weeks’ time we sold our house in Ohio and moved to Jacksonville. During that time, we worked with Reba Barkley, as our realtor. She was referred to us by a family member that had a successful experience with Reba in the purchase of their home in St. Augustine. We were living out of state and had to purchase sight unseen, with Reba as our eyes. She did walk-thoughts of each home via FaceTime and was really committed to helping us find our forever home. Reba was wonderful throughout the multiple contracts written, and the many phone calls and text messages. Reba is Friendly, personable and was a pleasure to work with. She always gave 100% and went above and beyond multiple times. We highly recommend Reba, and we are very grateful for her. We couldn’t have made this move without her.

If I had to describe Reba in just one word, I would choose the word, awesome! I was referred by a dear friend, who I truly trust, and would not have referred me to Reba unless she felt she would assist me throughout the process of selling my house. Immediately, upon my initial contact with Reba, I felt a vibe of someone that I would be able trust and have my best interest at heart. Reba was thorough, honest, dependable, and very informative. I met Reba back in 2020 when she walked us through our rental home. I knew she was special because she came out of her way, in stormy weather to meet us. I immediately knew if I ever bought a house, she would be my agent. We started house hunting in 2022 but I didn’t

find what I needed for my family. Reba continued to stay in contact in a friendly way, not in a vulturous way. This year Reba encouraged me to start searching because she knew we had a move out deadline. She made the process so easy. Easier than I imagined. She was in constant contact, followed up on all tasks and always returned my calls. Anything I didn’t understand she explained to me as many times as needed. She was there for me from beginning to closing. She calmed my fears and anxiety because I knew she was on top of it ALL! Thank you, my friend for being there for the rental, selling my parents’ home, and the purchase of my new home which I love.

Reba was the realtor on duty when I decided to just drop into the Davidson Realty office. I told her I was looking to down-size but had no idea what was available. She asked questions about what I would like and made an appointment to look at my house. She was aggressive in marketing my home, including participating in neighborhood open houses. When my home was listed, Reba started taking me to see homes that were for sale and exploring various neighborhoods that I was interested in. She listened to what I said I would like, and not one of the prospective listings/neighborhoods were a waste of time. Reba stayed in contact with me at all times and promptly returned my calls.

My daughter-in-law went with me on several occasions to look at properties, and was so impressed with Reba, that she has kept her card for future reference. Reba was very helpful with both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new house. I would gladly recommend Reba if interested in selling or purchasing a home.

My wife Sheri and I recommend highly engaging Reba Barkley of Davidson Realty. We have sold several homes in the past, however, by far, Reba has outdone in performance all of our past realtors. Reba was very thorough in all aspects of the sale. She went far and above what is normally required in the sale of our property. Any transactions in our future would be handled exclusively by Reba.

We are writing about our personal experience finding a new home with Reba Barkley as our guide, home locator, and professional real estate leader. We are not strangers to buying and selling real estate so we gave Reba Barkley a call. That decision was golden. Reba made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. She was attentive, provided guidance, and followed through on every step resulting in a worry-free closing experience.

Reba was helpful in other areas too. She provided us with contact information about the HOA, amenities, property management, and even sent us a list of venders we could choose should we need repairs or maintenance.

We sincerely appreciated working with Reba. She even took time to introduce us to some of our new neighbors, that was just one example of how she goes above and beyond to care for her clients. WE are anticipating building a closer friendship and getting to know Reba better.
