We originally met Reba when we were in the market for a new home for our daughter and did not have a specific real estate agent. She quickly responded to an internet query on an available property. Though we didn’t buy the initial property we visited with Reba, we were so impressed by her professionalism, we utilized her services to look at additional properties within the range and locale that would work for our daughter and her family. Shortly after working with Reba, we found the perfect home and closed on the property within the next 35 days.

When we decided to list our rental property in Middleburg which was on the other side of town, Reba was easily our first and only choice to list and market this single-family home. The qualities that we appreciated in Reba as the buyer’s agent, were equally impressive as the listing agent for our rental home.

The attention to detail and follow up as a buyer and a seller agent were incredible. Reba does not miss a beat with all required documentation getting completed and executed in a timely manner to ensure that any real estate deal closes on time.

With the recent sale of our rental property, Reba went above the call of duty to ensure that the deal got to the closing table with an extremely difficult buyer. She worked extremely hard with the buyer’s agent to get past any obstacles that came about during the negotiations before the actual closing.

We would strongly recommend Reba as a listing or buying agent as she is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating with scheduling or filing documentation. We are entering our third real estate transaction with Reba as we are under contract with a condo for one of our other daughters and expect to close in early April 2022.

My Fiancé received a job offer in Jacksonville and within six weeks’ time we sold our house in Ohio and moved to Jacksonville. During that time, we worked with Reba Barkley, as our realtor. If I had to describe Reba in just one word, I would choose the word, awesome! I was referred by a dear friend, who I truly trust, and would not have referred me to Reba unless she felt she would assist me throughout the process of selling my house. I met Reba back in 2020 when she walked us through our rental home. I knew she was special because she came out of her way, in stormy weather to meet us. I immediately knew if I ever bought a house, she would be my agent. We started house hunting in 2022 but I didn’t

find what I needed for my family. Reba continued to stay in contact in a friendly way, not in a vulturous way. This year Reba encouraged me to start searching because she knew we had a move out deadline. She made the process so easy. Easier than I imagined. She was in constant contact, followed up on all tasks and always returned my calls. Anything I didn’t understand she explained to me as many times as needed. She was there for me from beginning to closing. She calmed my fears and anxiety because I knew she was on top of it ALL! Reba was the realtor on duty when I decided to just drop into the Davidson Realty office. I told her I was looking to down-size but had no idea what was available. My wife Sheri and I recommend highly engaging Reba Barkley of Davidson Realty. We have sold several homes in the past, however, by far, Reba has outdone in performance all of our past realtors.
