Because I was a first-time homebuyer, I did not know what to expect from an agent. Reba showed me that I should not expect or accept anything less than the best from that agent and she most certainly was that person. She was kind, accommodating, available whenever I needed her, and provided additional resources as needed. Reba followed up with any issues I had. Case in point, when the seller (builder) informed me that my home would not be ready for another 9 months, she jumped on it right away and got me into the style of home I wanted in the first place, in the same community, with more buyer incentives, and with a 7-month earlier move-in date.
