I feel incredibly lucky to have had Reba by my side during the purchase of my new home. From the very beginning, she was prompt, organized, straightforward, and incredibly dependable. If Reba said she was going to do something, she did it, and she always seemed to find a way to make things happen quickly.

She completely worked around my schedule, got me into homes almost immediately, and never hesitated to work late evenings, weekends, or even while she was on vacation when something needed to be done. She was incredibly patient with me throughout the process and always respected my decisions. I never felt pressured or pushed in a certain direction. She listened, followed through on the offers I wanted to make, and offered her advice thoughtfully when I asked for it.

There were a few moments, particularly with negotiations that continued even after closing, when Reba really stepped up for me. She could have easily considered her job finished once the papers were signed, but she didn’t. She continued to advocate for me, follow up, and make sure everything was taken care of.

Even now, she still checks in to see how I’m doing and whether I’m happy in my new home. What means the most to me is that her excitement for me and my family feels completely genuine. She truly cares about her clients and takes pride in making sure they feel good about one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.

Reba went above and beyond for me in so many ways, and I’m genuinely grateful that she was the person who helped me find and purchase my home. When we finally got ready to buy, Reba showed us all the listings that made sense for us, and then, very skillfully, helped us negotiate what we felt was a very good price and transaction on our side.
