We worked with Reba Barkley in the process of purchasing our first home. She supported us in every possible step in the journey – from arranging the initial viewings to closing the purchase. We cannot recommend Reba highly enough. She was extremely helpful, starting with helping us to decide a fair pricing on a competitive transaction, all the way through the very intense closing process. Reba often worked late on weekends, so that we could close everything in a timely manner, scheduled every necessary appointment and did everything needed. She was always responsive and took the necessary time to explain the context as this was our first home purchase. Bearing in mind our very busy schedules, Reba was always available, regardless of how late it was. We had an excellent experience with our realtor agent Reba Barkley. We moved to Saint Augustine at the beginning of the pandemic. Reba was able to show us homes with great confidence. During those uncertain times Reba provided sage advice. The owners had just taken this house off the market. We loved the home but were unsure about purchasing during the Covid time. She suggested we consider renting for the first year with the option to purchase. She also negotiated a reduction in our rent, something we had never heard of!

We originally met Reba when we were in the market for a new home for our daughter and did not have a specific real estate agent. She quickly responded to an internet query on an available property. Though we didn’t buy the initial property we visited with Reba, we were so impressed by her professionalism, we utilized her services to look at additional properties within the range and locale that would work for our daughter and her family. Shortly after working with Reba, we found the perfect home and closed on the property within the next 35 days.

When we decided to list our rental property in Middleburg which was on the other side of town, Reba was easily our first and only choice to list and market this single-family home. We are entering our third real estate transaction with Reba as we are under contract with a condo for one of our other daughters and expect to close in early April 2022.
